Approx. prep time: 30 minutes

Cooking time: 10-15 minutes

Makes 4 burgers

Ingredients

-500g turkey mince

-350g pre-made stuffing

-2 eggs -4 Breadbuns

-Salt -200g Brie

-Coarse ground pepper

-Cranberry sauce

-100g mayonnaise

-1 tbsp maple syrup

-Half a tsp wholegrain mustard

-Half a tsp Dijon mustard

Method

To make the maple mustard mayonnaise:

-In a bowl combine mayonnaise, wholegrain mustard, dijon mustard, coarse ground pepper and mix.

To make the turkey and stuffing burgers:

-Season the turkey mince then combine the turkey mince with stuffing and eggs.

-Portion the burger mix into four balls.

-Heat a frying pan on a medium heat and add a glug of oil to the pan. When the frying pan becomes hot add the turkey balls and with the back of a flat spatula press down the balls to form a typical burger patty form.

-Cook each side of the burgers for roughly 5 minutes.

-When the burger is flipped (so that the raw side comes in contact with the hot pan), top the cooked side with sliced brie and cover the frying pan with a lid. Leave lidded for a few minutes. The steam trapped in the pan will melt the brie. Remove the burgers topped with the melted brie from the pan when cooked through.

-Slice the bread buns and on each bun spread some of the maple mustard mayonnaise, a little cranberry sauce and top with the burgers covered in melted brie. Finish with the bread bun top.

-Enjoy this seasonal burger.
