Boursin Sourdough Croutons

Garlicky, cheesy and crunchy. A tasty addition to any soup or simply enjoyed as a snack.

Ingredients

-One small sourdough bloomer

-Knob of butter

-75g Boursin Garlic and Herb Cheese

-Olive Oil

-Salt and pepper (I recommend Maldon Sea Salt Flakes)

Method

-Preheat oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7.

-Cut the sourdough into cubes.

-Over a low heat melt the butter and then add the Boursin to the melted butter and let that gently start to melt.

-Add a glug of olive oil to the pan.

-In a mixing bowl add the sourdough cubes and the Boursin butter mix and toss to coat the cubes evenly.

-Season with salt and pepper and place on a tray.

-Drizzle with olive oil and put in the oven for roughly 10 minutes till the cubes turn golden and crispy.
